Chef Manish Chopra has been serving Haddonfield for the past 15 years with his unique and contemporary interpretations of traditional Indian Food. Chef Manish started his gastronomic journey early on in the streets of Old Delhi in India, having an affinity and passion for Indian Food seeded in childhood that he later on fine-tuned at Oberoi’s, a luxury 5-star hotel chain in India.
In 2009, Chef Manish started Cross Culture with a mission of bringing a new paradigm of Indian Cuisine, through Cross Culture he brings to life Indian Cuisine for the 21st Century while keeping in the flavors and spices from the past millennia, hoping you will share the novelty as well as the nostalgia with him through his creations.
